I’ve always been interested in keeping fit and sport, it all started for me in a little village gym in rural Southampton, where I first learnt self-defence.
I loved the physical side of it and was fortunate enough to be pushed to my limits by an ex-special forces service member.
Over ten years of training later, I became a 4th Dan black belt and started teaching the new pupils. This was my first experience of seeing the rewards of training so many different people of all ages and backgrounds, watching their performance improve and get great results in their fitness and wellbeing. I then decided to retrain as a Personal Trainer which opened my eyes to a whole new world of training in order to achieve the best results possible.
Whatever your specific goal, I can help you reach it with a wide range of functional exercises and training methods, as well as good old fashioned motivation. Every client is totally individual and no two sessions are ever the same!
In my spare time you’ll most likely find me either in the Hampshire countryside, hiking with my partner Clare and spaniel Bella, or doing competitive Enduro racing on my motorbike. You can probably tell I love the great outdoors as you really can’t beat the fresh air and what it can do for your mood – especially if you are cooped up in an office all day!
