Initial Meeting

Often held in a local cafe or private club, this can also be done via Skype or other video conference software. We take this opportunity to get to know you and try to evaluate if we are the right people to help you achieve your goals.

In the initial meeting we look to build a rapport with you, and try to make sure that we are in a position to help you or, if we can’t help, refer you to the correct person to get you to your goal.

We will also start to find out exactly what you want to achieve with your training, recognising that this is a sizeable investment in both time and finance. Also recognising that your body is the most precious thing you have, and needs to be treated with that much respect.

In order to change your body shape or become more healthy, then you will be required to push your self towards the threshold of your ability in one or more areas. It is vital that you are guided to the correct thresholds, pushed hard enough for change, but also kept fresh enough to avoid injury and keep you achieving as much as you can as you continue your training.

During your first meeting we will be focused on finding out what we will need to help you with, and which thresholds we will need to push you towards.
